Throughout its history, many strange things have happened in Appleton. This week, there’s no murder and only a hint of mayhem… but a story you may never have heard before. In the 1970s, Appleton was home to a world famous “UFO Education Center.” Some say it was a cult, some say it was collecting valuable data. Whatever the truth, it was run by an interesting character: Charlotte Blob.
